The CPS range of box and bag carousels complement the belt conveyor range and are available in 4 (1000mm total dia), 6 (1250mm total dia) and 8 (1450mm total dia) ring or box stations. They are designed to automate and minimise the manual handling of boxes and bags.
The box and bag carousel conveyor systems are timed so that the stations stop at certain periods of time to allow the material to be loaded into the boxes or bags from the conveyors before rotating to the next station.
These can be tailored to have a centre shaft with rings for just bags or a centre star and brackets for just boxes or the option for both. Please let us know which option you would prefer and if you would like the box brackets a certain size then just let us know.
The CPS box and bag carousels can also be used in conjunction with our duck free standing separator for "lights out" operation.
