The de-labeller is used as the name suggests to remove labels and sleeves from bottles prior to entering a wash line facility. The unit generally forms part of what is known as a "mini PRF" where we can control the feed of bottles entering the de-labeller and then using a ballistic separator to filter out labels and caps so only the bottle enters the next phase.

Example De-Labeller for PET bottle washing plant -

The success rate is approximately 80-90% of labels removed from PET bottles.

DBL15 = 1,500 kg/hr PET bottles

DBL30 = 3,000 kg/hr PET bottles

DBL60 = 6,000 kg/hr PET bottles
